Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Crispy-skinned, fluffy-centered potatoes made easily in the air fryer—perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 1 –2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Toppings of choice

Method
 

  1. Scrub and dry potatoes. Poke with fork.

  2. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

  3. Place in air fryer basket with space in between.

  4. Cook at 400°F for 35–45 minutes, until fork-tender.

Notes

Adjust time based on potato size.
For softer skins, wrap in foil before cooking (not my favorite, but works!).
