Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
Crispy-skinned, fluffy-centered potatoes made easily in the air fryer—perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.

- 4 medium Russet potatoes
- 1 –2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Toppings of choice
Scrub and dry potatoes. Poke with fork.
Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place in air fryer basket with space in between.
Cook at 400°F for 35–45 minutes, until fork-tender.
Slice open and add toppings.
Adjust time based on potato size.
For softer skins, wrap in foil before cooking (not my favorite, but works!).
