Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: Parmesan balsamic glaze, garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.

  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.

  4. Arrange in a single layer in the basket.

  5. Air fry 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.

Notes

Adjust cooking time based on sprout size. Add chili flakes for spice or honey for sweetness
