trimmed and halved

olive oil

Optional: Parmesan
balsamic glaze, garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
Arrange in a single layer in the basket.
Air fry 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
Finish with Parmesan or balsamic before serving.
Notes
Adjust cooking time based on sprout size. Add chili flakes for spice or honey for sweetness
