Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Nonstick spray
  • Glaze cinnamon sugar, or sprinkles for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar; let foam.
  2. Add butter, egg, remaining sugar, and flour; knead into a smooth dough.

  3. Cover and let rise until doubled.

  4. Roll dough, cut into donuts, and let rest 15 minutes.

  5. Spray air fryer basket, cook donuts at 350°F for 5–6 minutes.
