Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken pieces
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk + half the spices for 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Mix flour + spices in one bowl, beat eggs in another.

  3. Coat chicken: flour → egg → flour again.

  4. Spray air fryer basket with oil, arrange chicken.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.

Notes

Marinating longer = juicier chicken.
Use bone-in thighs for best flavor.
Don’t overcrowd basket — cook in batches.
