- 2 lbs chicken pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Marinate chicken in buttermilk + half the spices for 1 hour or overnight.
Mix flour + spices in one bowl, beat eggs in another.
Coat chicken: flour → egg → flour again.
Spray air fryer basket with oil, arrange chicken.
Air fry at 375°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Check internal temp reaches 165°F, then serve hot.
Marinating longer = juicier chicken.
Use bone-in thighs for best flavor.
