Method
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk + half the spices for 1 hour or overnight.
- Mix flour + spices in one bowl, beat eggs in another.
- Coat chicken: flour → egg → flour again.
- Spray air fryer basket with oil, arrange chicken.
- Air fry at 375°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temp reaches 165°F, then serve hot.
Notes
Marinating longer = juicier chicken.
Use bone-in thighs for best flavor.
Don’t overcrowd basket — cook in batches.
