Method
- Cut cheese sticks in half. Freeze for 1 hour.
- Prepare dredging bowls with flour, eggs, and breadcrumb mix.
- Dip each cheese stick in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs. Repeat egg and breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Freeze again for 30 minutes (optional but helps).
- Spray with cooking spray and air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, turning once.
- Serve immediately with marinara sauce.
Notes
Double coating gives crunchier results. Freeze sticks well to prevent cheese from leaking.
