Method
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin fries.
- Soak fries in cold water for 20–30 minutes, then drain.
- Pat dry and toss with olive oil, cornstarch, and seasonings.
- Arrange fries in a single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
Notes
Best served hot. Don’t skip soaking and drying for maximum crispiness.
