  • 8 oz Pulled Rotisserie Chicken
  • 0.25 pieces Red Onion thinly sliced, optional
  • 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella torn into small pieces
  • Chives for garnish
  • 2 slices Cooked Bacon crisped and chopped
  • Low Fat Ranch for drizzling
