Prepare the Meatloaf:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish or loaf pan.
Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a small bowl and let sit for 2–3 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, ketchup, mustard, and seasonings.
Mix gently until just combined.
Shape into a loaf and place in prepared dish.
In a small bowl, mix glaze ingredients and spread half over the meatloaf.
Bake for 40 minutes, remove, and spread remaining glaze.
Bake for another 15–20 minutes until fully cooked.
Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
