- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream or media crema
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in cream and milk, simmer 2–3 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese, stir until melted and smooth.
Toss in pasta, adding pasta water if needed.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Add chicken or shrimp for protein.
