Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in cream and milk, simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stir until melted and smooth.
- Toss in pasta, adding pasta water if needed.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Add chicken or shrimp for protein.
Use fresh Parmesan for the best texture.
