Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 large white cabbage shredded
  • 2 medium carrots peeled and grated
  • 1/4 red onion finely grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Use a mandoline to finely shred the cabbage and carrots into thin strips, giving them the perfect crunchy texture.
  • Grate the red onion using a fine grater, releasing its sharp aroma, and add it to the bowl.
