  • 1 cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pickle brine

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  • Add the diced dill pickles and brine, stirring until just combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Bake for approximately 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
