Loaded with pepperoncini, celery, green onion & a touch of mayo! This pepperoncini tuna salad is a light & refreshing comfort food classic! Serve it with crackers, in a sandwich or wrap it in lettuce for a quick & easy meal!

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz canned tuna drained (2 5oz. cans)
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup green onion sliced
  • 2 Tbsp pepperoncini chopped
  • 1 Tbsp pepperoncini juice (from the jar)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mash the tuna. Place the tuna in a shallow bowl and mash it with a large fork.
  • Add the celery, green onion, chopped pepperoncini, pepperoncini juice, mayo, salt and black pepper and mix until fully combined.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers and enjoy!
