Easy Tiramisu

A creamy, no-bake tiramisu made with whipped cream, cream cheese, and coffee-dipped ladyfingers, finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cups whipping cream
  • 0.5 cups sugar
  • 1 cups coffee decoction cooled
  • 20 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Whip the cream: In a chilled bowl, whip 1 cups whipping cream until soft peaks form. Keep refrigerated.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar: In a separate bowl, beat 1 cups cream cheese and 0.5 cups sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  • Dip the ladyfingers: Quickly dip each 20 ladyfinger biscuits into the cooled 1 cups coffee decoction, cooled — a quick dunk, not a soak.
  • Layer the biscuits: Arrange a layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers in the base of your serving dish.
  • Add the cream: Spread a generous layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits.
  • Repeat layers: Repeat the layers of biscuits and cream, finishing with cream on top.
  • Dust and chill: Dust generously with 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, for dusting, then refrigerate before serving.

Notes

Tastes even better the next day — make it a day ahead if you can. Store covered in the fridge for 3–4 days. For a classic twist, add a splash of coffee liqueur or rum to the coffee decoction.
