  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 4 slices bread your choice of variety
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried basil until the mixture is creamy and fragrant.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on one side of each bread slice, ensuring it reaches all the edges for maximum flavor.
  • On two slices of the bread, sprinkle half of the cheese blend, then cover with the remaining slices, pressed butter-side out.
  • Preheat a skillet on low heat. Carefully place the sandwiches in the pan, cooking for about 4–5 minutes per side, until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese is wonderfully melted.
  • Remove the sandwiches from the skillet, slice them in half, and enjoy immediately for the best taste experience.
