Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain.

  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side, then remove.

  3. Add garlic to skillet, cook until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice.

  4. Toss pasta into sauce, add shrimp back, and splash in pasta water as needed.
