Ingredients
  

  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 2 slices bacon thick-cut
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 leaf romaine lettuce fresh
  • 2 slices ripe tomato
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly minced rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Rub chicken with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the aromas.
  • Fry bacon in a skillet over medium till it’s delightfully crispy. Leave a hint of the bacon goodness in the skillet.
  • Using the same skillet, sear the chicken till golden brown and juices run clear, about 7 minutes per side. Rest before slicing.
  • Combine mayo, minced garlic, and rosemary in a small bowl. Spread it over the toast, which will have a golden crunch.
  • Layer the sandwich: start with lettuce, followed by juicy tomato, tender chicken slices, and crispy bacon. Cap it with the other slice of bread.
