- 2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce divided
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional)
Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour broth into the Instant Pot. Place chicken inside.
Pour half of the BBQ sauce over chicken.
Seal lid and cook on High Pressure: 10 minutes for breasts, 12 minutes for thighs.
Let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release.
Remove chicken, brush with remaining BBQ sauce. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for caramelization.

Use thighs for extra juicy results.
Adjust cooking time slightly if using very large chicken breasts.
