Ice water for cooling
Method
Add 1 cup water to Instant Pot, place trivet inside.
Arrange eggs on trivet in a single layer.
Seal lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes.
Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
Peel and enjoy.
Notes
Use older eggs for easiest peeling. Adjust cook time for softer or firmer yolks.
