Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add macaroni, broth, butter, salt, and garlic powder to Instant Pot. Stir.

  2. Seal and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  3. Quick release steam carefully.
  4. Stir in milk and shredded cheese gradually until creamy.

Notes
