- 1 cup steel-cut oats or old-fashioned oats
- 3 cups water or milk or mix
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- ½ cup dates chopped
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Add oats, liquid, and salt to Instant Pot.
Seal lid and cook on High Pressure: 3 minutes (old-fashioned oats) or 10 minutes (steel-cut oats).
Natural release 10 minutes.
Stir oatmeal, adjust thickness with milk if needed.
Spoon into bowls and add toppings: strawberries, dates, coconut, flaxseed.
Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days.
