Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup steel-cut oats or old-fashioned oats
  • 3 cups water or milk or mix
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup dates chopped
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, liquid, and salt to Instant Pot.

  • Seal lid and cook on High Pressure: 3 minutes (old-fashioned oats) or 10 minutes (steel-cut oats).
  • Natural release 10 minutes.
  • Stir oatmeal, adjust thickness with milk if needed.
