- 1 lb large shrimp peeled & deveined
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt & pepper to taste
Turn Instant Pot to sauté mode. Melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
Add pasta in a crisscross pattern, pour broth over. Press pasta down gently.
Seal lid, cook on high pressure 6 minutes. Quick release.
Stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth.
Add shrimp, cook 2–3 minutes until pink. Serve hot.
Adjust thickness with extra broth or cream.
Add spinach or broccoli for a veggie boost.
