Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Turn Instant Pot to sauté mode. Melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.

  • Add pasta in a crisscross pattern, pour broth over. Press pasta down gently.

  • Seal lid, cook on high pressure 6 minutes. Quick release.

  • Stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth.

Adjust thickness with extra broth or cream.
