  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest from 1 medium lemon
  • 0.33 cup lemon juice fresh, from 2 or 3 lemons
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 2.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
