Punch Assembly
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, add the cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, and edible silver shimmer dust, whisking until the shimmer is fully incorporated (about 1 minute).4 cups cranberry juice, 2 cups orange juice, 2 cups ginger ale
- Add the ice and then pour in the sparkling wine. Stir gently so that you don’t lose too much carbonation.1 tablespoon edible silver shimmer dust, 1 cup pineapple juice
- Pour the ginger ale over top.750 ml sparkling wine
- Let rest for 5 minutes for the flavors to meld and the shimmer to fully disperse, then serve.
Notes
Use a fine mesh to sift shimmer dust if clumping occurs.
Leftovers keep in an airtight container for up to 24 hours; stir gently before serving.
