Ingredients

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 750 ml sparkling wine
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1 tablespoon edible silver shimmer dust
Ice
  • 2 quarts ice

Method
 

Punch Assembly
  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, add the cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, and edible silver shimmer dust, whisking until the shimmer is fully incorporated (about 1 minute).
    4 cups cranberry juice, 2 cups orange juice, 2 cups ginger ale
  2. Add the ice and then pour in the sparkling wine. Stir gently so that you don’t lose too much carbonation.
    1 tablespoon edible silver shimmer dust, 1 cup pineapple juice
  3. Pour the ginger ale over top.
    750 ml sparkling wine
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes for the flavors to meld and the shimmer to fully disperse, then serve.

Notes

Use a fine mesh to sift shimmer dust if clumping occurs.
Leftovers keep in an airtight container for up to 24 hours; stir gently before serving.
