Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 piece zucchini sliced
  • 1 piece red bell pepper diced
  • 1 piece yellow bell pepper diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package Boursin garlic and herb cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a large baking dish.
  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken until golden, then set aside.
  • Sauté garlic and vegetables in the same skillet until slightly softened.
  • Add orzo, vegetables, chicken, chicken broth, and Boursin cheese to the baking dish and stir gently.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes until creamy and lightly golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
