  • 1 unit yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 unit green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 large yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 lb chicken breast sliced into 1-inch strips
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning I use Old El Paso
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Begin by layering the bottom of your slow cooker with salsa, ensuring it's spread evenly.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic, stirring gently for a little visual harmony.
  • Place the sliced chicken on top, then sprinkle with fajita seasoning and chili powder, drizzling lime juice over everything.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 3 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded, making a delightful presentation for serving.
