  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken shredded

  • 375 g broccoli slaw can substitute with coleslaw
  • 0.5 cup green onions chopped for freshness
  • 0.5 tsp caraway seeds for added flavor
  • 3 tbsp light mayonnaise optional
  • 1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar adds tanginess
  • 1 tsp sugar to balance flavors

Instructions
 

  • Start by taking the rotisserie chicken off the bone, discarding the skin, and placing it in a large mixing bowl.
  • Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces, letting the savory scent fill your kitchen.
  • Pour in the buffalo sauce and mix thoroughly, so each piece of chicken is well coated.
  • Prepare your coleslaw by combining broccoli slaw with chopped green onions and caraway seeds, then mix in the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
  • Toast the buns lightly if desired, then pile on the buffalo chicken and top with the zesty slaw. Serve immediately and enjoy!
