  • 3 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 0.5 cup sugar granulated
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Mix in the peanut butter until well combined.
  • Whisk in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Gradually fold in the flour and baking soda.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
