Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pistachios chopped
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) while you prepare the batter.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
  • In another bowl, cream the butter and honey together, then slowly add in eggs until fluffy.
  • Fold in the dry ingredients and chopped pistachios, mixing until just combined.
  • Pour into a greased loaf pan.
