Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes
peeled and cubed

tbsp
unsalted butter

cup
warm milk
or cream

tsp
salt
½
tsp
black pepper
Fresh parsley

Method
Peel and cube potatoes.
Add to pressure cooker with water to cover and 1 tsp salt.
Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes; quick release.
Drain well and return to hot pot.
Mash potatoes, then stir in butter.
Add warm milk, mix gently.
Season with pepper and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For garlic mashed potatoes, cook 3 cloves of garlic with the potatoes
