Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce divided
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • ½ cup broth or water
  • Buns shredded cabbage for serving

Method
 

  1. Season pork with spices.

  2. Sear in pressure cooker on sauté.

  3. Add onions, garlic, vinegar, broth, and half BBQ sauce.

  4. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes, natural release 10.

Notes

Best with pork shoulder. Freezes well in sauce.
