BBQ sauce
divided

apple cider vinegar

shredded cabbage for serving
Method
Season pork with spices.
Sear in pressure cooker on sauté.
Add onions, garlic, vinegar, broth, and half BBQ sauce.
Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes, natural release 10.
Shred pork, stir in more BBQ sauce.
Serve on buns with cabbage.
Notes
Best with pork shoulder. Freezes well in sauce.
