Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz tequila silver or blanco
  • 1 oz passionfruit juice
  • 1 oz raspberry syrup store-bought or homemade
  • 3/4 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup optional, to taste
  • 1 egg white or 1 oz aquafaba for vegan option
  • Ice for shaking
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze your lime, then measure the tequila, passionfruit juice, and raspberry syrup. Add optional simple syrup for extra sweetness if you wish.
  • For a homemade raspberry syrup, combine half a cup each of raspberries, sugar, and water in a pan. Simmer until the mixture thickens, then strain and let it cool.
  • Place the tequila, passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, lime juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake without ice for 15-20 seconds to blend everything together.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds. This chills the drink and creates a smooth texture.
  • Double-strain the cocktail into a chilled glass for a silky finish. Garnish with fresh raspberries or a lime wedge for added flair.
