Ingredients

  • 10 cups seedless watermelon cubes frozen for at least 24 hours

  • 1 large lime juiced
  • 0.25 cup fresh mint leaves loosely packed
  • 1.5 cups filtered water or coconut water for a twist

Instructions

  • Let the frozen watermelon cubes sit out for about 5-10 minutes so they soften slightly.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the softened watermelon, 3 tablespoons of maple syrup, lime juice, mint leaves, and filtered water.
  • Blend the mixture, starting with pulses until the watermelon breaks down, then blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Taste your slushie; if you want it sweeter, feel free to add a bit more syrup. If it’s too thick, thin it with a little more water.
