- 1 cup medium-grain rice
- 4 cups whole milk
- ½ cup sugar or to taste
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Rinse rice until water runs clear.
Add rice, milk, sugar, and salt to pressure cooker. Stir.
Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
Stir in raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
Let pudding rest to thicken. Add extra milk if needed.
