Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup medium-grain rice
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup sugar or to taste
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Rinse rice until water runs clear.
