Method
- Remove silver skin from ribs.
- Mix sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Rub onto ribs.
- Cut ribs into sections and place in slow cooker.
- Pour half the BBQ sauce over ribs.
- Cook on low 7–8 hrs or high 4 hrs until tender.
- Transfer ribs to baking sheet, brush with remaining sauce.
- Broil 3–5 minutes until caramelized.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Best served right after broiling. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days.
