Ingredients
  

  • 1 rack pork ribs baby back or spare
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce divided
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional garnish)

Method
 

  1. Remove silver skin from ribs.

  2. Mix sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Rub onto ribs.

  3. Cut ribs into sections and place in slow cooker.
  4. Pour half the BBQ sauce over ribs.

  5. Cook on low 7–8 hrs or high 4 hrs until tender.
  6. Transfer ribs to baking sheet, brush with remaining sauce.

  7. Broil 3–5 minutes until caramelized.

Notes

Best served right after broiling. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days.
