Method
Coat beef in flour, brown in oil until golden.
Add beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire, and herbs to slow cooker.
Cook on LOW 8 hrs or HIGH 4–5 hrs.
Stir in peas, season, and cook 15 minutes more.
Serve hot with parsley.
Notes
Browning the beef makes a huge difference. Adjust thickness with cornstarch slurry if needed.
