Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz pasta egg noodles or fettuccine

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Place in slow cooker with broth.

  2. Add cubed cream cheese and heavy cream on top.

  3. Cover and cook on low 4–5 hours or high 2–3 hours.

  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.

Notes

Best served fresh. Reheat gently with a splash of milk or broth.
