Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz pasta egg noodles or fettuccine

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Place in slow cooker with broth.

  • Add cubed cream cheese and heavy cream on top.

  • Cover and cook on low 4–5 hours or high 2–3 hours.
