Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Place in slow cooker with broth.
- Add cubed cream cheese and heavy cream on top.
- Cover and cook on low 4–5 hours or high 2–3 hours.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Cook pasta separately until al dente.
- Toss pasta with creamy chicken mixture and serve hot.
Notes
Best served fresh. Reheat gently with a splash of milk or broth.
