Slow Cooker French Dip

Tender shredded beef, melty cheese, and warm au jus make this slow cooker French dip a family favorite. Ingredients:

Ingredients
  

  • 3 –4 lb chuck roast
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 hoagie rolls
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Method
 

  1. Season and sear beef (optional).

  2. Add broth, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire to slow cooker. Place beef inside.

  3. Cook on low 8 hours (or high 4–5).
  4. Shred beef and return to juices.

  5. Assemble sandwiches with beef and cheese; broil until melted.
