–4 lb chuck roast

beef broth

garlic

Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Method
Season and sear beef (optional).
Add broth, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire to slow cooker. Place beef inside.
Cook on low 8 hours (or high 4–5).
Shred beef and return to juices.
Assemble sandwiches with beef and cheese; broil until melted.
Serve with au jus for dipping.
Notes
Toast rolls before filling for best dipping texture.
