cans beans cannellini or kidney, drained

can 28 oz crushed tomatoes

vegetable or chicken broth

garlic

small pasta ditalini or elbow
Salt & pepper to taste
Parmesan for topping
Method
Add vegetables, beans, tomatoes, broth, garlic, and herbs to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 6–8 hours (or high 3–4 hours).
Stir in pasta 30 minutes before serving.
Season to taste and top with Parmesan.
Notes
Swap veggies based on season. Freeze without pasta for best results.
