–4 lbs pork shoulder or pork butt

large onion
sliced

garlic cloves

BBQ sauce

tbsp
apple cider vinegar

tbsp
brown sugar

paprika

chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Buns and pickles for serving
Method
Season pork with spices.
Place onion and garlic in slow cooker, add pork on top.
Mix BBQ sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar; pour over pork.
Cook LOW 8–10 hours or HIGH 4–5 hours.
Shred pork and mix with sauce.
Serve on buns with pickles.
Notes
Toast buns to prevent sogginess. Add hot sauce if you like it spicy.
