Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup Strawberries roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Sugar add more or less based on sweetness
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1.5 cup Marie biscuits crushed
  • 0.5 cup Butter melted
  • 2 cup Cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Cream
  • 0.25 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 325°F (160°C) and greasing a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a bowl, combine the crushed Marie biscuits and melted butter, mixing until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the cream, flour, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
  • For the strawberry swirl, cook chopped strawberries on medium heat with sugar, cornstarch, and water until thickened. Drizzle this mixture over the cheesecake batter, then swirl using a knife.
