Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the onion by removing the skin and slicing it thin.
  • Grate the parmesan cheese onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Lay the onion slices across the top of the parmesan cheese.
  • Brush the onion slices with olive oil and sprinkle them with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes, until edges are golden and crispy.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before lifting.
  • Break onion chips into pieces and serve with a side of warm pizza sauce.
