Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 2/3 cup carrots chopped
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 oz mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning
  • 1 cup zesty Italian dressing

Instructions
 

  • Begin by boiling the rotini pasta in salted water until it's al dente; it should have a slight bite.
  • While the pasta cooks, chop the cucumber, halve the grape tomatoes, slice the onion, and chop the bell pepper.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and let it cool before adding it to a large mixing bowl.
  • In the same bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the chopped vegetables, parmesan, mozzarella, Italian dressing, and Salad Supreme seasoning.
  • Mix all the ingredients well to ensure everything is evenly coated, and let the salad chill for 30 minutes if you can.
  • Serve the salad chilled, and enjoy the burst of flavors!
