Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams Oreo cookies crushed
  • 0.3 cups melted butter
  • 500 milliliters whipping cream
  • 450 grams cream cheese
  • 0.5 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 250 milliliters all-purpose cream
  • 180 milliliters dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Make the crust: Crush 250 grams Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs and mix with 0.3 cups melted butter until well combined.
  • Layer the crust: Divide the mixture evenly into dessert cups and gently press down to create the crust layer.
  • Beat the cream cheese: In a large bowl, beat 450 grams cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip 500 milliliters whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  • Fold together: Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  • Add Oreo crumbs: Gently fold in the 0.5 cups Oreo crumbs.
  • Fill the cups: Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the chilled Oreo crust.
  • Heat the cream: Heat 250 milliliters all-purpose cream until hot but not boiling.
  • Make the ganache: Pour the hot cream over 180 milliliters dark chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
  • Stir smooth: Stir until smooth and glossy to form a chocolate ganache.
  • Top the cups: Let the ganache cool slightly, then pour it over the cheesecake layer.
  • Garnish: Top each cup with a whole Oreo cookie, if desired.
  • Chill: Refrigerate until fully set.
  • Serve: Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 1 month and thaw in the fridge before serving. For clean layers, use clear cups and chill thoroughly before serving.
